Non-standard products have always been the 'hard bone' of the lifting equipment manufacturing industry—they require a high degree of customization, involve complex processes, have tight production schedules, and are difficult to standardize. In the production of the 450-ton and 360-ton four-girder cast crane trolleys for a key national project, he faced challenges fearlessly, overcame difficulties, innovated technologies, and improved methods, reducing the production cycle from 15 days to 7 days, with first-time acceptance. This set an industry record, significantly advancing the company's major project production schedule, and helped the enterprise earn multiple 'Outstanding Supplier' honors from important projects such as Baosteel Zhanjiang and Baoshan Iron & Steel.

Li Jie has a deep understanding that the core of "quality improvement" lies in technological innovation. After years of practical efforts, he has developed his own method: using a "lean production and intelligent collaboration" model to deeply integrate traditional processes with digital tools, ensuring the creation of high-quality products. The invention patent he participated in, "An Electric Hoist Bridge Crane," was recognized as a scientific and technological achievement in Henan Province. He also took part in a quality improvement project, "Improving the Production Yield of Rotating Carriage Rail Bending," which won the third prize for technical achievements from the Henan Province Quality Management Team in 2024.
