Five years ago, Xu Xiaohu first entered the forging workshop, filled with trepidation and anticipation as he faced the roaring equipment and the red-hot billets. After becoming a team manager, he wasn't content with the status quo but set his sights on higher goals. Therefore, he used his spare time to learn skills such as drafting and modeling, and consulted technical experts on advanced production processes.
