Five years ago, Xu Xiaohu first entered the forging workshop. Facing the roaring machinery and glowing red billets, his heart was full of apprehension and anticipation. He knew very well that to master his skills, he had to be unafraid of hardship and undergo relentless practice. With this determination, he became proficient in all forging techniques in just six months. His hard work and dedication were noticed by his superiors, who quickly promoted him to a team management position. 

Innovation and Development: Independently Developed Four Production Lines 

  

After becoming a team manager, he did not settle for the status quo but set his sights on higher goals. Facing the market's stringent demands for the quality of forged products, the traditional production processes urgently needed reform. Therefore, he spent his spare time learning skills such as drawing and modeling, and consulted technical experts on advanced production techniques. With strong support from the company, after months of research and practice, he led his team members to independently build four modern production lines. He personally participated in every process, strictly controlling quality to ensure the stable operation and efficient production of the lines.

Quality Control: 'Two Inspections and Three Checks' Forge Quality

During the production process, he strictly followed the 'two adherence and three inspections' workflow. 'Two adherence' means operating according to drawings and technical standards; 'three inspections' refers to a combination of self-inspection, mutual inspection, and specialized inspection. From the production source to the finished product leaving the factory, every step is carefully controlled to avoid any quality flaws. 'Quality cannot tolerate the slightest chance; even a small deviation can affect the performance and safety of the entire product.' It is precisely because of their strict quality requirements that the products manufactured by their team all meet quality standards, becoming a model for other teams to learn from.

He actively played the role of 'mentoring and guiding,' imparting his experience and skills to new employees. 'One person's strength is limited; only when everyone has mastered exquisite skills can the team become stronger and product quality more guaranteed.' Under his careful guidance, batches of new employees quickly grew into key forces in the workshop. He also frequently conducted on-the-job training and technical exchanges, leading everyone to learn new knowledge and skills together, creating a strong learning atmosphere.
