Three Summers of Commendation

With concerted efforts to ensure successful summer harvests and benchmarking against best practices to improve quality, Henan Mine Crane held a mobilization and commendation meeting for summer production on May 30th at the company's intelligent industrial park. Company founder and Party Secretary Cui Peijun attended and addressed the meeting, along with members of the company's supervisory board and board of directors, and all employees.

The meeting commended 207 outstanding individuals and groups, including May Day model workers, quality month craftsmen, and skilled technicians. At the same time, over 5,200 employees each received a 1,000 yuan summer production subsidy and a welfare package including zongzi (sticky rice dumplings), beer, and beverages, allowing them to truly feel the company's care and warmth.

Secretary Cui Peijun pointed out that we have once again entered the busy season of summer harvest. For employees with family members needing to participate in the summer harvest, the company, as always, supports them in taking paid leave to go home and focus on the harvest and planting. Every employee shoulders the dual responsibility of both their "small family" and the "greater good," and must manage their time reasonably, ensuring safe production while strictly adhering to product quality standards, and completing all production tasks during the summer harvest season with high morale and enthusiasm.

President Wei Xueming read out the "Decision on Commending Model Workers and Advanced Individuals of the 2025 May Day Labor Day and Quality Month".

Chairman Wu Gaoxuan delivered a report summarizing the work of Quality Month and mobilizing for the summer harvest.
