"Quality-forward" is implemented throughout the entire production process. Before any product leaves the factory, each unit is individually assembled, and every step undergoes rigorous quality inspection, significantly enhancing product quality. The company also intensifies technological innovation, taking the lead in establishing the country’s first laboratory dedicated to testing the comprehensive performance (lifespan) of cranes. Moreover, nine crane test benches have been set up to provide a scientific basis for crane design optimization, quality control, and lifespan prediction, ensuring safety and reliability during use.

Quality research is an important measure for the company to accurately grasp market demand and improve the quality of products and services. Led by senior executives from quality assurance, process, technology, and after-sales departments, a specialized research team of more than 20 people was formed to conduct in-depth visits to key regions including Beijing, Xinjiang, Hebei, Shandong, Jiangsu, Yinchuan, Heilongjiang, and Chengdu. The research covered dozens of key industry sectors such as wind power, shipbuilding, steel, new materials, and machinery manufacturing. Through multi-dimensional and comprehensive quality research, it provides a scientific and accurate basis for the company's product development and quality improvement, ensuring that the company’s products and services consistently meet market demand and further enhance overall market competitiveness.
