"Quality management from the outset" is implemented throughout the entire production process. All products are assembled individually before leaving the factory, and each process undergoes rigorous quality inspection, significantly improving product quality. The company also invests heavily in technological innovation, pioneering the construction of the first laboratory in China dedicated to comprehensive performance (lifespan) testing of cranes. It also has nine crane testing benches, providing a scientific basis for crane design optimization, quality control, and lifespan prediction, ensuring their safety and reliability during use.

Quality research is a crucial measure for the company to accurately grasp market demands and improve product and service quality. A dedicated research team of over 20 people, led by senior executives from quality assurance, process, technology, and after-sales departments, conducted in-depth visits to key regions including Beijing, Xinjiang, Hebei, Shandong, Jiangsu, Yinchuan, Heilongjiang, and Chengdu, covering dozens of key industry sectors such as wind power, shipbuilding, steel, new materials, and machinery manufacturing. Through multi-dimensional and comprehensive quality research, the company has obtained scientific and accurate data for product development and quality improvement, ensuring that its products and services consistently meet market demands and further enhancing its overall market competitiveness.
