Led by the company's Quality Assurance Department, a "Special Quality Inspection Team" composed of key personnel from multiple departments has been formed to strictly control quality details, have zero tolerance for quality defects, and safeguard the reputation of “Kuangyuan.”.







The concurrent bonus distribution ceremony is an important measure taken by Henan Mine to encourage employees to offer suggestions and advice. The quality suggestion bonus is distributed irregularly each month, with cash rewards given to employees who provide reasonable suggestions that effectively improve product quality.
