On April 14, the fourth event of Henan Mine Crane’s 2026 Quality Month Series—the CNC Lathe Operator Competition—was successfully held. Centered on the theme “Craftsmanship and Intelligent Manufacturing at Kuangyuan, Strengthening the Foundation of Quality,” the competition aimed to assess CNC lathe operators’ skill levels, identify high-skilled talent, and enhance product quality.

Chairman Wu Gaoxuan delivered a mobilization speech, encouraging the contestants to learn and practice through the competition, and to integrate a rigorous attitude and superb skills into their daily production.



At the competition site, the contestants skillfully operated CNC equipment and accurately completed the workpiece processing, demonstrating excellent professional skills.

After intense competition and strict quality inspections, the results will be determined based on a comprehensive assessment of participants’ operational precision, processing efficiency, and daily performance. This competition further strengthened company-wide quality awareness, reinforced the foundation of product quality, and injected strong momentum into the company’s high-quality development.
