Henan Mine Crane has reshaped industry standards through technological breakthroughs, successfully accepting 24 sets of lifting equipment manufactured for an aerospace institute, including 6 lower rotating bridge-type hanging beam cranes that fill gaps in the aerospace manufacturing field.

A 550t nuclear power crane, a 450t super-large span shipbuilding gantry crane, and a 1000t gantry crane have been delivered and put into operation, strengthening equipment support in key areas.

Our independently developed intelligent operation and maintenance platform has been selected as a provincial-level typical AI application scenario. All products are equipped with forged wheels as standard, contributing to improved quality and efficiency across the entire industry chain. A 2000-ton gantry crane testing platform has been put into operation, forming an industry-unique quality inspection system with 26 testing benches, safeguarding the safe operation of equipment with meticulous craftsmanship.

Rooted in quality and winning the market through reputation, Henan Mine Crane adheres to a steady development philosophy of no financing, no loans, and no arrears, earning numerous prestigious honors: the 7th "National Civilized Unit," the "Mechanical Industry Science and Technology Award," the "2025 National Excellent Smart Factory," and a national "2025 Typical Case of Enterprise Integrity Management." Its "Kuangyuan" brand cranes were among the first batch of "Beautiful Henan Famous Products." Its quality transformation case was selected as one of the top ten typical cases in Henan Province, and the "Kuangyuan" brand ranked among the top 100 brands in Henan. Expanding its global footprint, 30 sets of lifting equipment were exported to Malaysia, and 7 automated container gantry cranes received high praise from Putin. The company continues its overseas success story in countries and regions in Asia, Europe, Africa, and Latin America.

All employees of the Mine Crane strive for excellence. Li Jie, a mechanic, was awarded the title of "National Model Worker" and "Chief Technician" in the crane industry; Ren Haitao, Vice President, was awarded the title of "Chief Expert" in the crane industry; and Ji Hongyun, Deputy Chief Engineer, was awarded the title of "Young Expert" in the crane industry. During Quality Month, eight activities were carried out, including a quality pledge and skills competitions, forging a powerful synergy of "everyone valuing quality and all employees working together to ensure quality," safeguarding the reputation of "Kuangyuan" with meticulous craftsmanship.

Henan Mine Crane adheres to the principle of "spending 80 cents on every dollar earned to employees," with various benefits such as Spring Festival welfare, summer harvest subsidies, and holiday bonuses benefiting all employees. Nearly 2,000 female employees received holiday bonuses, and 20 "March 8th Red Banner Bearers" were commended.

The 13th Filial Piety Culture and Gratitude Tourism Festival organized a free six-day trip to Jiangnan for the parents of over 4,000 employees, while the 12th Mid-Autumn Filial Piety Culture Festival hosted a banquet for over 19,000 employees and their parents, with total expenditures exceeding 20 million yuan. Secretary Cui Peijun personally visited and comforted over 300 elderly villagers, conveying the warmth and kindness of filial piety.

Giving back to society demonstrates social responsibility, and working together towards prosperity. For 22 consecutive years, the organization has donated funds to support education. This year, at the 22nd Annual Funding Conference for Education, 1.1 million yuan in scholarships were distributed to 319 impoverished students, bringing the cumulative total to over 4,800 impoverished college students. Simultaneously, 460,000 yuan was donated to support local education development. The organization also conducted its 13th "Love and Care for Exam Takers" program, providing poverty alleviation assistance to 41 households in 7 villages during the Spring Festival. Through these actions, the organization fulfills its social responsibility, demonstrates its patriotism, and contributes to common prosperity.
