The competition consisted of two parts: a theoretical assessment and a practical skills competition. Amidst the flashing lights of the arc welding machine, the contestants displayed focused concentration and skillful operation, precisely completing complex processes such as flat welding and overhead welding, showcasing their exceptional professional competence and craftsmanship.

The judging panel was composed of key technical staff from the company's Process and Quality Assurance Departments, with full supervision by the Women's Federation. Evaluations were conducted strictly according to quality standards, with multi-dimensional scoring to ensure fairness and impartiality.
