Eighteen years of assembly experience, contributing to the front line.

Since joining the company, Fu Dongliang has been dedicated to the assembly line. His daily work involves precisely assembling delicate electrical components into the electrical system of cranes, injecting a "smart brain" into these steel behemoths. What seems like a simple process is actually quite complex, requiring not only exceptional focus but also superb skills. For him, these skills have been honed through years of practical experience: every morning, he meticulously checks everything from the wear and tear on a screwdriver to the battery level of a drill, ensuring everything is in perfect working order; he meticulously reviews the list of electrical components to be assembled that day, verifying their models and quantities, like a rigorous commander reviewing a battle plan before a campaign, leaving no detail overlooked. "Now that the company is making great strides towards a full-industry chain upgrade, our foundational links must be even more solid; we cannot allow any problems to occur," Fu Dongliang said with a firm gaze and a smile.

Tackling major projects with difficulty and setting an example by charging forward

Currently, the company's Quality Month activities are proceeding smoothly. Fu Dongliang, a key member of the workshop, is full of ambition, closely following the company's overall work plan and developing a detailed work schedule. He maintains strict requirements for each process and every detail, promptly addressing any problems and integrating "skills training" into daily work, providing hands-on instruction in assembly skills. Recently, the workshop received an urgent task: a batch of cranes about to be shipped needed additional electrical optimization configurations within a short period. Fu Dongliang volunteered, leading his team in a round-the-clock effort. Faced with the high-intensity work, he remained calm, relying on his accumulated expertise and precise control over every detail to methodically direct everyone in the assembly and debugging process. Ultimately, the cranes were delivered ahead of schedule and performed exceptionally well in subsequent use, earning high praise from the company.

Coincidentally, in order to better adapt to the stringent requirements of electrical system stability for important products such as 1000-ton and 800-ton equipment, Fu Dongliang devoted himself to studying new assembly processes, frequently communicating with the technical department and production teams, and leading his team to overcome difficulties. From the meticulous assembly of each high-quality electrical component to the strict quality inspection of each process, he strived to achieve zero defects and helped major projects to proceed smoothly.

Balancing quality and safety, paying close attention to details

Quality and safety are Fu Dongliang's unwavering principles. "Quality is the lifeblood of the company, and safety is the lifeblood of the employees. Neither is dispensable, especially in key projects where a single mistake can have far-reaching consequences," he says with a resolute gaze. In every assembly step, from the initial component layout to the final wiring connection, he strictly adheres to operating procedures, leaving no detail overlooked. In his view, every assembly step is related to the overall performance of the crane and the safety of the operators. He always strictly follows operating procedures during assembly, conducting meticulous self-inspections after each step. He is never careless, even regarding the tightness of a single screw. He often says, "The more I check, the more at ease I feel."
