'Now that the company is rapidly advancing toward full industry chain upgrades, we must strengthen these fundamental steps and cannot afford any mistakes,' Fu Dongliang said with a firm gaze and a smile.

Currently, the company's Quality Month activities are progressing in an orderly manner. As a key member of the workshop, Fu Dongliang is full of ambition and follows the company's overall work plan, having developed a comprehensive and detailed work schedule. He strictly monitors every process and every detail, promptly resolves any issues, integrates 'skills training' into daily work, and personally teaches assembly skills step by step. Recently, the workshop received an urgent task: a batch of cranes ready for delivery required additional electrical optimization configurations in a short period. Fu Dongliang voluntarily took the lead, guiding his team to work day and night. Despite the intense workload, he remained calm and, leveraging his solid expertise and precise attention to every detail, methodically directed the team in assembly and debugging. Ultimately, this batch of cranes was delivered ahead of schedule and performed excellently in actual use, earning the company high praise.Similarly, in order to better meet the stringent stability requirements of the electrical systems for key products such as the 1000-ton and 800-ton cranes, Fu Dongliang fully devoted himself to researching new assembly techniques.
