Introduction
No woman is immune to the allure of beauty, and for Feng Jianhe, a woman's beauty lies in her blue overalls. When she diligently works with her welding torch, the dazzling sparks of welding illuminate her like a resilient rose, radiating a uniquely feminine beauty. Let's step into the company's Shuangliang No. 15 workshop and get to know this female welder who has quietly dedicated herself to the production line for eight years.

Women prefer work clothes to red dresses; they hold up half the sky.
Stepping into the double beam No. 15 welding team, a group known for its "tough work," a slender figure, fully equipped with protective gear, lies meticulously welding at one end of the crane's main beam. Year after year, facing high temperatures and intense sunlight, despite full protective gear, scars still remain on her skin. In her view, doing a good job requires diligence and attention to detail; as long as you're willing to endure hardship, you'll be rewarded. Through hard work and quick learning, she humbly seeks guidance from her mentors, asking questions and honing her skills. In this way, she has worked as a welder for eight years, becoming a highly praised "female welding expert" among her colleagues.

Diligence can make up for lack of talent; continuous learning balances quality and efficiency.
"Learning must never stop. I must improve myself through practice, repeatedly refining my welding skills, and focusing on both quality and efficiency." To hone her welding abilities, she rigorously demands of herself in her daily work, tackling challenging welding techniques. When faced with urgent or difficult tasks, she and her colleagues form a "strong assault team," tackling challenges head-on, working together to complete one task after another. Gradually, she actively participates in the company's major production projects, proactively taking on heavy responsibilities, earning the recognition of her superiors and colleagues.

You should love what you do; hard work always pays off.
"Skilled Technician," "Advanced Employee"... Over the years, her hard work and dedication have finally yielded outstanding results. She meticulously studies and challenges herself in her welding work, approaching every skills competition with the same mindset as a beginner, diligently studying and honing her skills. "You have to love what you do. Since I chose this job, I must treat it with my heart, do my best, and be the best version of myself," she firmly states.

Feng Jianhe (fourth from right) ranked first in the overall performance of the welding group and won the title of Technical Expert of the Company in 2024. She is also the only female welder to receive this honor.

By diligently working in ordinary positions, one can achieve extraordinary things. As long as one cherishes the belief in dedication and hard work, perseveres day after day, speaks less and does more, and lets youth shine in the struggle, one can write a wonderful chapter in one's life.
