He leaves no quality issue unaddressed, utilizing quality management groups and other channels to collaborate with work teams, the technical department, and other relevant departments to improve product quality, contributing significantly to the company's overall quality improvement efforts.

Walkways and guardrails are key components of cranes, playing a vital role in protecting workers. To design walkways and guardrails that are rationally laid out, safe, reliable, and aesthetically pleasing, ensuring the overall harmony and beauty of the crane, he devoted himself to research and paid meticulous attention to detail. From main beam alignment and walkway spot welding to beveling welding, he considered process quality the key to product quality. "Every part of the crane must be handled meticulously, no matter how small. Only when every detail is handled perfectly and the quality is flawless can it move to the next process."
