Recently, at the crane manufacturing site of a major project of the company, an A-level inspection expert team composed of Xi'an Haiwei Xincheng Inspection and Testing Consulting Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Saidi Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. braved the scorching heat to meticulously and rigorously inspect the cranes for the Shaanxi Steel Group project. Through on-site inspection of various parameters of the cranes and review of relevant records, every inspection item met the A-level inspection requirements, and the cranes successfully passed the expert A-level inspection.
These cranes are being used in key transformation and upgrading projects of Shaanxi Steel Group during the 14th Five-Year Plan period. Henan Mine Crane manufactured 16 sets of crane equipment for this project, which have the following technical advantages:
1. The hoisting mechanism adopts a stator voltage regulation speed control system and has reserved a communication interface. The trolley and crane use frequency conversion speed control, increasing the stability of hoisting;
