Recently, a 750-ton double-girder gantry crane manufactured by a Henan Mine Crane for a project in Zhejiang Province was officially put into use.

The crane is equipped with a comprehensive safety monitoring system. The entire crane adopts PLC and variable frequency drive (VFD) communication control, while synchronized control of multiple lifting points automatically maintains load balance, ensuring smoother operation, enhanced safety, and reliable performance.

To meet the special operating requirements of the project, the crane adopts a single-side dual-rail design, effectively reducing wheel loads and lowering construction costs. Equipped with an automatic positioning system, it delivers higher positioning accuracy and improved operating efficiency.

03 Energy Efficiency and Reduced Consumption, Smoother Lifting Operations

Constructed from high-strength special steel, the crane ensures structural safety while enabling continuous operation under equivalent load conditions, significantly improving lifting efficiency. The entire crane is powered by a 10 kV high-voltage power supply, and electrical energy generated during load lowering is automatically regenerated and fed back into the system, achieving energy savings of 25%–30%.
