Technological breakthroughs and intelligent manufacturing upgrades: A 450t ultra-large span shipbuilding gantry crane developed and manufactured by Henan Mine Crane has recently been put into use. This gantry crane is used for the hoisting of large sections of ships and marine engineering products. 01	The main beam has a trapezoidal structure, and the legs are I-shaped rigid legs + A-shaped flexible legs. The driver and maintenance personnel can directly access the driver's cab and the upper part of the main beam via the escalator or elevator inside the rigid legs.

02	The lifting mechanism is equipped with a rope guiding device to prevent the wire rope from jumping out of the groove and to ensure safety during the hoisting process.

03	The operating mechanism is equipped with a skew correction device, which can be used for automatic or manual correction when skew occurs.

04	It adopts an intelligent control system with multi-hook linkage and synchronous operation functions. Combined with a PLC + frequency conversion speed regulation system, it can achieve millimeter-level precise positioning in hoisting operations.

05	It is equipped with safety monitoring systems, electronic anti-collision systems for large vehicles, windproof devices, fire alarm systems and other protective devices to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
